David Reda has more than 30 years of experience representing businesses, employers, developers and lenders, concentrating his practice in the areas of commercial and financial transactions, labor and employment law and corporate and business matters. He is an expert in complex commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Reda undertakes: (1) the representation of businesses including formation and organizational requirements, contracts and contract negotiations, finance, purchases, sales and leasing matters and mergers and acquisitions, (2) the representation of owners, developers, contractors and lenders in commercial finance and transactional matters, and (3) the representation of employers in employment related matters including compliance with state and federal rules and regulations.
