Ronald M. Gates has practiced in all phases of business and corporate law involving public and private companies. He assists clients regularly in business formation, choice of entity, asset protection, business expansion, exit and succession planning, purchase and sale of businesses, employment, leases, shareholder and noncompete agreements and contract negotiation and drafting. He has served as general counsel to public and private companies and financial institutions and as lead counsel in numerous mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings and franchise registrations.
