Jessica A. Hayes focuses her practice on estate planning and administration.  She works closely with individuals and families – whether they’re raising young children, planning for retirement, running a small business, or navigating the challenges of aging – to develop personalized estate plans that reflect their unique goals and values.  Jessica also guides executors and trustees through the often complex process of estate and trust administration, with clarity and compassion.

A native of Chesapeake, in her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with family, relaxing at the beach, boating, reading, and cheering on her son’s baseball team.
